Fulong timing belt, complying with the trend of the reform and opening-up, was founded in 1984, and started in the age of "being unique". It is a professional factory producing all kinds of industrial used, car used rubber timing belt , raw-edged V belt, variable belt, ribbed belt, flat belt and matching pulley series...In DEC 1989, Mr. Songjian_the director of the state Scientific & Technological Commission, came to our co***ny for visiting, and inscribed the factory name gladly, which fully affirmed the advancement of our products, and we were ranked by the country as "***rk plan". In recent 20 years, our co***ny has been under healthy development with the achievement of historical year by year.
Our co***ny has a floor area of 45 thousand square meters, possessing fixed assets of 88 million RMB. We have 400 staff members, and annually produce 8 million kinds of timing belts and 400 thousands belt pulley. We now have all kinds of more than 3 thousand kinds of mold, and we can also carry on the OEM order. We passed the ISO9000 Quality System Certificate in 1997, and now we are applying to ISO/TS16949: 2002 Quality System Certificate. We are equipped with kinds of inspecting machine which can do static and dynamic testing, and can provide with complete set of testing report as required for the products. The main raw material is imported from Japan, UK and German. The products are covering more than 5 thousand clients all over the country containing 30 provinces, cities, and the autonomous regions, and are exported to these country and zone as Europe, America, South-East Asia, MID East and etc. The general order holds good for 25 days. Our co***ny accomplishes "5S management".
